We Support are a specialist provider of high quality supported living and domiciliary care services to adults with learning disabilities.

Registered as a SPECIALIST PROVIDER for supporting and providing care for individuals with learning disabilities with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), we underwent a far more extensive and in-depth registration process than providers prior to July 2013 to ensure that We Support comply with all of the essential standards, as well as proving appropriate and specialist support aimed at individuals with learning disabilities, rather than being a more general provider of support.

We recognise the need for service user led services, placing the individual at every decision making process, ensuring that support is tailored to their needs and preferences and not confounded by tradition service-led “one model for all” approaches which have been used in the past by some providers, which has led to individuals not receiving the right help at the right time.

We are a young company, with a youthful, enthusiastic and contemporary outlook on the way in which services are provided to individuals whom need support in their lives.

As a specialist provider of care for individuals with learning disabilities, we are aware of the increased likelihood of individuals being faced with other co-morbid and co-existing diagnosis and complex issues,  such as;

  • Autism Spectrum Condition
  • Mental Health issues
  • Brain acquired injury
  • Epilepsy
  • Present with Challenging Behaviour
  • Communication difficulties
  • Sensory Differences
  • Inappropriate Sexual behaviours

With a highly trained staff team in the above areas, we are able to provide support to all individuals on the learning disability spectrum and cater to their additional, and often complex, needs . We are also able to provide further training to our staff with regards to specific areas of need, if required.
